The earth section of Kamala is the place of nourishment & grounding. This area will have a special Tea & Chocolate house where visitors can indulge in ceremonial cacao products, herbal teas, and other healthy treats. This area will also have the world’s only Spiritual Library that will aim to collect and protect manuscripts and books from different spiritual lineages.
At Kamala, every experience is intentially curated and turned into a ritual. Visitors will be encouraged to practice mindful eating in the cafe through fun and easy prompts that will be written on papers on the coffee tables. The spiritual library will be a silent area where visitors can wander around, read, and expand their minds to the wisdom of different spiritual teachings.

- Aida & Solar will develop the training program for the head manager and the staff. The head manager will be the one responsible for overseeing all other staff members of this area.
- The manager will be in charge of ordering supplies for the cafe and managing shop inventory
- 4 Main Receptionists to point guests to the right section of the center and be in charge of payments and registration
- 2 security officers
- 2 cleaning staff
- 5 baristas who clean, make the beverages, service the tables (working in shifts – 2 baristas at a time)
- To keep operations simple in the beginning we will collabarate with outside food vendors to supply us with snacks and chocolate.
- 2 shop keepers (working in shifts – 1 person at a time) who will be in charge of sales in the shop
- 1 library attendant that keeps inventory of the books, keeps books clean, and watches over the area.
The main revenue from the Earth section will be shop sales and restaurant sales.
The main cost will be shop inventory, restaurant inventory, building maintenance, books for the library, and staff salaries.
