  • Most places offer one or the other. There are many luxurious wellness resorts that don’t really focus on spirituality, or there are spiritual retreat centers that are very rustic. Kamala will not compromise on either. ofthese features. We aim to offer high end facilities with high quality teachings.

  • We aim to be the first spiritual center in the world that truly looks like a sacred temple from the moment you walk in. Each area of the center will be intentionally designed and incredibly photographic and memorable. 

All-in-one spiritual center

  • We aim to offer an integral and holistic experience for spiritual seekers. Instead of needing to travel to diffferent parts of the world to receive spiritual teachings, Kamala will be an attraction point that will draw those teachers to one place. On top of that we will have all the amenities needed to provide a comfortable stay and retreat without needing to leave the center.

  • Because of our many years in the field and our large network of collegeas and teachers we aim to become a highly curated center that invites the top spiritual & indigenous teachers from around the world. We aim to become the sillon valley of spirituality; a place where the most innovative and cutting edge spiritual ideas are explored and shared with the public.

1: Teachers

These are the people who will rent out the different facilities of Kamala to host their retreats, workshops, or events.

1: Internationally renowned spiritual teachers

These are high quality spiritual teachers that have a large following of their own. The benefit of working with these types of teachers is they advertise the retreat to their own audience and bring a lot of students to the center. This in turn generates a lot of revenue for accomodation & food and also increases the reputation of the center by being associated with well known names in the field.

 

2: Teachers from the local expat community

Within the conscious community in Bali there are many expat teachers that host retreats and workshops. From speaking to many of them, there is a general consensus that there aren’t many good options for hosting retreats and they are constantly looking for an ideal venue to rent out. The benefit of working with these teachers is that they are already here in Bali and can fill up the gaps in schedule throughout the year.

2: STUDENTS & VISITORS

These are the people who will come to visit Kamala and attend retreats & workshops.

Fly-in Residential Retreat Participants

These are students who fly to Bali specifically to do a residential retreat at Kamala. They may have heard of it via ads, instagram, or because one of their teachers is hosting a retreat at Kamala. The benefit of targeting these people is that they opt for an all inclusive stay: accomodation, meals, spa, retreat entrance, etc

 

Tourists

These are tourists that are on vacation in Bali and are looking for interesting excursions and experiences. We will target them mainly via collaborating with hotels. These visitors are most likely to come for events, shorther worshops, visiting the Tantrik Temple, the day spa, and restaurant.

 

Expat conscious community

These are people living in Bali long term and looking for a communal place to meet and partake in conscious events. As of now Ubud has some communal spaces however Canggu does not. With the growing conscious community in Canggu in the last years there is an increasing demand for it.

ADVERTISING STRATEGY

We plan to use a multi-tier advertising strategy to target our ideal customer.

BILBOARDS

We will design magnetic billboards to place around canggu, seminyak, and ubud.

SOCIAL MEDIA

We will use the power of social media, mainly Instagram, to make Kamala a known “must see” place in Bali. We will collaborate with other IG pages and online magazines to feature Kamala as a leading edge spiritual center with mesmerizing design & aesthetics. We will also collaborate with niche Influencers (visiting the center in exchange for a social media post) to reach an even wider audience.

PAID ADS

We will use paid google, youtube, instagram, and facebook ads to target our ideal customer.

FLYERS

We will collaborate with nearby hotels and resorts and leave promotional flyers at the reception counter to attract their guests to come visit Kamala. We wil set up a affiliate/reference program to incentivize hotels to promote Kamala to their guests.
